LUX Policies
Cancellation Policy
Lux is by appointment only. Because we have reserved this time exclusively for you, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Persons who “no show” when rebooking may be required to put a deposit down.
Late Policy
Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled. These appointments will have to be rescheduled. If there is another opening we will work with our technicians to get you in if possible.
Prices are subject to change without notice
We try to keep our prices current but due to a vary in treatments we cannot always be accurate with online pricing quotes. Please ask technician prior to treatment for pricing specifics.
Gift Certificates & Promotions
If you have a gift certificate or special promotion you will be charged up to 100% of the value if appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within policy time. We value you as a guest and hope that you value our time.
Retail Product
Some products may or may not be returned due to sanitation purposes. If items are unopened within 30 days we will be happy to credit you. Please ask customer relations for further information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Lux gift certificates. Cash is always welcome.
